An integrated approach in Ukraine:
Often, patients face the problem of absolutizing a single recovery method for all discomforts, while neglecting other opportunities for maintaining health. In reality, there is no single universal remedy for everything. There are conditions where only one specific direction can be helpful (whether it is the approach of Western medicine or strictly holistic practices — it all depends on the individual situation). There are also conditions where the effectiveness of the overall wellness impact increases due to a combination of different methods. A comprehensive approach, acting appropriately on various spheres of the body, allows for the mobilization of internal resources in combination with the stimulation of the body’s own natural vital forces. This approach significantly improves preventative measures and prevents the return of tensions.
